Hockey Bio: Rico
started playing hockey at 13, playing for his high school
& T.I Sports club. He also represented the Tanga Regional
under 18 & 21 Teams as well as representing the Tanzanian
National Under 21 Team. Before moving to the U.S in 1999
he received a call up for the Tanzanian National Senior
Men’s team but missed out on the opportunity.
CFHC Experience:
I joined CFHC at the start of the
2004 season after not having played hockey for close to
5 years. It has been a fantastic experience ever since.
The diversity in our club and the welcoming nature of
our team regardless of what level of hockey you bring
is fantastic. I have never enjoyed playing hockey as much
as I have when I do with the folks of CFHC.
