Hockey Bio: At age 10 my mom encouraged me to try out for the middle school field hockey team instead of the soccer team - I think she felt my odds were better. I made the team and went on to play 4 years varsity in High School & 4 more years at Missouri State University. I was playing injured for about 95% of my college career so I planned a month of rest & recovery time after my senior season - it turned into 4 years of pure laziness. I moved to Chicago a few years ago and found this club. I decided to dust off the shin guards and play again! Now I am coaching a club team at the school I teach at. It is fun to pass along the tradition. I have future National Team players in the making.
CFHC Experience: I joined CFHC for indoor league in January 2006. I have had so much fun and have met the greatest, kindest, most fun people ever by joining this club! I love the club and feel like they are my family away from home. There is always something to look forward to!!!
