Outdoor Update
. . . . . Thanks to all who have voted in the poll for weekend scrimmage time, we will consider the poll closed at 9pm CST tomorrow night (4/11). So if you haven't voted yet and would like to have your say
please go to the forum on the club site and register your vote there. I'll announce the result after 9pm tomorrow and that will be the scrimmage time provided the pitch is available.

Tracksuit Special Offer
. . . . . Last year we were able to use some of the yearly subscription to subsidize team uniforms for all members in good standing. This year we are fortunate enough
to again be able to subsidize some gear. For members who availed of the uniform offer last year and have paid their 2007 subscription, we can offer a full TK tracksuit
to match the team uniform with team logo for $35 per person (normally $80-90 with printing). The tracksuits can be viewed here
(scroll to the bottom of the page). The men's tracksuit is the Houston/Boston type and the ladies is the Miami/Daytona. Very sharp indeed. we have samples and they will be brought along to Saturday scrimmage for
you to see. If you are a new member in 2007 and are in good standing, you can still avail of the team uniform offer.
Thanks very much to Shayan, Sanjay and Theresa whose work has made this offer available.

Chicago Cup Update
We have contacted Kelly who is head coach of the Northwestern Field Hockey Program and she has agreed to help us obtain a contract for the NU pitch,
in an attempt to aid field hockey in the area and also foster closer relations between the NU field hockey program and CFHC. As with last year, part of the tournament proceeds
would go to the NU Program as a sign of our commitment to hockey in the Chicagoland area. We have requested the pitch for June 23rd-24th and are waiting to hear whether a
contract can be provided for these dates. As ever we'll keep you posted.
Oak Park on the weekend of June 30th and July 1st remains our backup option for now, while we wait to hear back from Northwestern.
