Atlanta Cup CHAMPIONS:
. . . . . CONGRATULATIONS to the squad that traveled to Atlanta
this weekend -- CFHC returned home with BOTH trophies!! It
took penalty strokes in both the mens and womens division,
but Chicago emerged victorious. The women boasted a perfect
record without a single goal conceded until the finals (despite
all rookie keepers!), and the men came back strong from an
early loss to win the rest of their games and the cup. Stellar

End of Season Game and Party:
. . . . . Please mark your calendar for our annual end of
season celebration - the weekend before Thanksgiving (November
18) will be the day -- more details are coming soon, but set
aside the day!! This will also be the date of the end of season
AGM where elections and open forum will be held. A full detail
of the elections process will be available online later this
week through the locker room page.

National Indoor Tournament:
. . . . . Be aware that we have been invited to two indoor
tournaments in Philadelpia - one in December, and one in January.
Both are for a mens team and womens team to travel together
(i.e. we cannot send one and not the other). We'll be passing
along more details as soon as we have them (including the
exact dates), but think about if this is something you'd be
interested in because the turn around time for standing for
selection will likely be pretty quick after we are able to
announce it.
